It was the Ouran High School Host Club's annual Christmas Party, Aika and Cassie stood in their ball-gowns looking like two princesses, Aika was wearing a sky-blue strapless gown with her raven hair curled but hanging loose down her back, while Cassie wore a pure pink gown and her hair hung a little past her ears because she'd gotten it cut for the winter so as not to be weighted down. "Wowiee Zowiee!" Cassie exclaimed to Aika as she survived the Host Club dancing with ladies to a string ensemble's music "This looks great." "Mm, it does, doesn't it?" Aika replied looking, not at Cassie, but at Takashi Morinozuka who was dancing with another girl, it was a known fact to both girls that Aika liked Mori, and vice-versa, Cassie smiled at the pair. "Ask him for a dance." she whispered to Aika as her emerald-green eyes strayed to Kyouya Ootori, the host Club's "Shadow King", "Only if you ask Kyouya-sama." Aika said, "fine" Cassie stated as the song ended, she walked up to Kyouya as Aika approached Mori, "Uh…Kyouya-senpai?" Cassie stuttered as she stood before the black-haired bespectacled Host, "Yes Miss Cassie?" Kyouya said looking at her with charcoal-gray eyes. "M-may I have the next dance?" Cassie asked, mastering her tongue long enough to say those words. Aika was already happily dancing with Mori, Cassie watched for a moment before Kyouya stretched out his hand. "I'd be honored"

The Party was drawing to a close, Mori and Aika sat on a bench in the garden. "Aika" Mori said in his deep voice, when Aika turned to face him, he kissed her lips gently and whispered "I love you Aika". Not too far away Cassie and Kyouya were enjoying the last dance, before the ending, Kyouya stared deep into the emerald pools of the young girl and they drew closer and closer until their lips joined in the sweetest kiss the two lovers would say they ever experienced.
For two girls, the one most extraordinary thing of the year was the dance they shared with the man each loved more than life itself.
